• Setup:
  We ensure a seamless setup by arriving at least one hour before the scheduled start time. Ideally, we prefer a 10 x 10 foot space, but we can accommodate smaller areas if necessary. A 4-6-foot table for props and access to a power outlet within a 20-foot radius of the setup area are required. 

• Print Design/Layout:
  Clients are entitled to a maximum of two proofs, comprising the original submission and one revision. Subsequent revisions are subject to a fee of $55 per revision. 

• Custom Backdrop Design Services:
  For custom backdrops, clients will receive up to two proofs, including the original submission/requirements and one revision. Additional revisions incur a fee of $65 each. Graphic design charges will apply to artwork that does not meet photo/logo submission requirements.

• Photo Delivery:
  All event photos will be accessible online within 5 business days of the event. Upon request, we will display the event gallery online at no extra cost. 

• Booth Incentives:
  For photo booths set up outside of the main event area, complimentary up-lighting and music can be provided, but they must be requested at the time of booking. 

• Timing:
  Setup times are independent of scheduled event timeframes. Setup time does not detract from your scheduled time, and any downtime will be compensated by extending service time. 

• Data Usage:
  For optimal performance, we recommend utilizing mobile data services, especially for large venues with hundreds of guests connecting simultaneously. 

• Payment Terms:
  To secure your booking, a retainer payment of 40% is necessary. The remaining balance is due 10 business days before the event date. Receipts will be provided for both payments.
